摘要 目的:研究超声波提取法中料液比、乙醇浓度、超声温度、超声时间对总黄酮提取含量的影响。方法:以产自东北的百华花楸为原料,采用《中国药典》方法测定的总黄酮含量为指标,利用单因素分析方法确定最佳提取条件。结果:单因素试验结果表明,超声波法提取总黄酮的最佳单因素工艺参数为料液比1∶5、乙醇浓度80%、超声温度50℃、超声时间10min。结论:单因素方差分析的结果表明,料液比、乙醇浓度、超声温度三个因素对总黄酮含量的影响都极其显著,而提取时间对总黄酮含量的影响不显著。Fisher LSD多重比较结果显示,各因素不同水平对总黄酮含量影响存在差异显著性。 Objective :To study the effect of ultrasonic extraction method on the contents of total flavonoids such as material liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic temperature, and ultrasonic time. Methods:In this paper, the Sorbus pohuashanensis from northeast China was taken as raw material. The Chinese pharmacopoeia method was adopted to determine the contents of flavonoids, and the best extract condition was confirmed by single factor experiment. Results:Single factor test results showed that the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids had a set of best single factor parameters : a material liquid ratio of 1 : 5, an ethanol concentration of 80% , an ultrasonic temperature of 50℃, and an ultrasonic time of 10 minutes. Conclusion : Single factor variance analy- sis results show that three factors--the material liquid ratio, the ethanol concentration and the ultrasonic tem- perature - were extremely significant to the effect on the contents of flavonoids, while the influence of extrac- tion time on the contents of flavonoids was not significant enough. Fisher LSD multiple comparison results show a significant difference in flavonoids contents extracted from Sorbus pohuashanensis under different conditions.
