丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经功能相关因子的影响 被引量:15

Effect of Danhong Injection Combined with Xueshuantong Capsule on Nerve Function Related Factors in Patients with Transient Ischemic Attack

摘要 目的:观察和分析丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗对短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经功能相关因子的影响,从而探讨丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗调节患者神经功能的作用。方法:将符合纳入标准的108例短暂性脑缺血发作患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各54例。对照组患者给予抗凝、溶栓及改善脑循环等方面药物的常规治疗,连续2周;观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,给予丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗,连续2周。观察丹红注射液联合血栓通胶囊治疗对短暂性脑缺血发作患者神经功能相关因子的影响,并与对照组作比较。结果:丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗可明显降低患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S100B蛋白、髓鞘碱性蛋白、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白水平,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:丹红注射液联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗具有较好调节患者神经功能的作用。 Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of the Danhong injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule on cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters and nerve function related factors in patients with transi- ent ischemic attack, and to discuss the improving effect of this therapy on patients nerve function. Methods: 108 patients who conformed to the inclusion criteria of transient ischemic attack were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 54 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were only given anticoagulant drugs, thrombolytic drugs, improving cerebral circulation drugs and so on, for 2 weeks; the patients in the observation group took Danhong injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule additionally, 2 weeks in a row. After the implementation of two kinds of treatments, the nerve function related factors were observed, and the data of the observation group were compared with those of the control group. Results : The Danhong injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule could obviously reduce the levels of neurone specific enolase, S100B protein and myelin basic protein and glial fibrillary acidic protein, compared with those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ) , and compared with the control group, the differences were also statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The Danhong injection combined with Xueshuantong capsule therapy can improve the nerve function of transient ischemic attack pa- tients.
