炉排炉燃烧过程数值模拟的应用现状及发展前景 被引量:1

摘要 炉排炉具有技术成熟、运行稳定、适应性强等优点,是小型工业炉和垃圾炉常用炉型。目前炉排炉床层内固体颗粒的燃烧模拟主要通过Flic软件仿真实现,通过分块模拟的方法,实现了床层和炉内气固两相燃烧的耦合。而对炉膛内气体稀相燃烧基本采用Fluent软件进行模拟。从一、二次风的调整和优化,烟气再循环的利用,炉拱的改造以及烟气的SNCR脱硝等方面详述了炉排炉数值模拟的应用现状。 Grate furnace has the advantages of mature technology, stable operation, wide adaptability and so on, it is a furnace commonly used for small industrial furnace and garbage furnace. At present the simulation of solid particles combustion in the fluidized bed layer is mainly realized through Flic software, through block simulation method, has realized the bed layer and the gas-solid two-phase combustion coupling in furnace. And to dilute phase gas burning in the hearth basic simulated with Fluent software. The author details the present situation of the application of numerical simulation of grate boiler from four aspects: the adjustment and optimization of the primary air and secondary air; the use of flue gas recirculation, reconstruction of furnace arch, the SNCR denitration of flue gas and so on.
