摘要
针对电站锅炉受热面污染监测静态模型用于变负荷工况时存在严重失真的问题,通过对锅炉动态特性的分析,建立了污染监测动态模型。以300 MW机组锅炉低温对流过热器为对象,采用DCS实时数据进行了污染监测计算,结果表明,动态模型的计算方法是合理的,为进一步实现电站锅炉受热面在各种负荷工况下的连续污染监测提供了依据。
Because stable model of utility boiler's surfaces can't be used for fouling monitoring purposes under variable load conditions, accompanied by an analysis of dynamic characteristics, dynamic model is presented. Taking the low temperature superheater of a certain 300MW unit boiler as the object of consideration, ash fouling of the heat-delivery surface has been calculated with real time data of DCS. Calculation results show that calculation method of dynamic model is reasonable and may provide the basis for continuous monitoring of utility boiler under different conditions.
