摘要
以达旗电厂2×600 MW机组脱硝改造工程为例,根据现场脱硝改造方案,分析了SCR脱硝工艺给火电机组中的锅炉本体、烟道、空预器以及引风机等设备带来的影响。针对影响,对空预器、引风机以及烟道进行合理改造;在运行管理方面,对氨逃逸率以及催化剂提出合理建议。
According to the Daqi Power Plant 2×600MW units denitration project, the principle of SCR denitrification and device is introduced, and then the SCR DeNOx Technology for boiler, thermal power plant flue resistance, air preheater and the influence of induced draft fan is analyzed, finally to influence to the air preheater, fan transfbnnation, flue adjustment, ammonia escape control measures, and puts forward some feasible suggestions air preheater, catalyst, operation management, etc.
