摘要
目的:总结陕西省2010年至2014年药品注册申请情况。方法:对2010至2014年陕西省药品注册申请的数据进行统计分析和评价,并与全国的情况作比较。结果:陕西省近五年药品注册申请总体情况比较稳定,具有中药材资源优势,但应加大创新药和生物制剂的研发力度。结论:陕西省药品注册申请的数量有待增加,新药技术含量有待提高。
Objective ： To summarize the drug application in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2014. Methods：Statistical analysis and evaluations of drug application data were performed in Shaanxi province from 2010 to 2014, and then compared with the situations of the whole country. Results： Drug applications in Shaanxi Province have been stable in the recent fi ve years, and Shaanxi Province has ample resources of Chinese herbal medicine. But we still need to strengthen the development of innovative drugs and biologics. Conclusion： The number of new drug applications in Shaanxi province needs to be increased, and technologies need to be promoted.
