临床药师参与弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗的药学监护

Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Care of Chemotherapy for Patients with B cell Lymphoma

目的:探讨临床药师在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者化疗中发挥的药学监护作用。方法:临床药师在该例患者的治疗中积极参与化疗方案的制定,辅助医师做好药物的规范使用,指导护士缓慢静注化疗药物,监护患者用药反应等情况。结果:临床药师在化疗的各个环节发挥了应有的作用,收到良好的治疗效果。结论:通过该例的治疗过程说明,临床药师在治疗中是不可或缺的,应积极参与临床治疗,与医师、护士密切联合,全方位为患者提供个体化的临床服务。

Objective： To explore the clinical significance of pharmacists’ participation in pharmaceutical care of chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Methods： Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the treatment of the patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma, including the work of helping to design chemotherapy regimens, assisting physicians to make drug specifi cations, guiding nurses to intravenously inject chemotherapy drugs, monitoring patients’ drug reaction, and so on. Results： Clinical pharmacists play an important role in all aspects of chemotherapy for patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Conclusion： The clinical pharmacists are indispensable in the chemotherapy. Clinical pharmacist and medical staff should enhance their knowledge of pharmacy and offer direct pharmaceutical care for patients.
