基层农业技术推广机构是国家发展农业生产、确保粮食安全的重要技术支撑与保障力量。虽然农业技术推广取得了一些成果,但服务能力还不适应农业发展的需要。提升农技推广服务能力可从多方面采取措施:完善乡镇推广服务机构、推进农机与农艺技术融合、做好新型农业经营主体的服务工作、提高农业从业者整体素质等。

Agricultural technological promotion agency is the important technology support and guarantee in developing agricultural production and ensuring food safety. Although there are some achivements in promoting agricultural technology,the service capacity can＇t meet the needs of agricultural development. Improving agricultural technology promotion service capacity can do as following： improving town and village promotion agency, promoting the combination of agricultural machinery and agricultural technology, serving well for new agriculture managing organization and improving the overall quality of the farmers.
