摘要
为了降低操作者的劳动强度,提高加工效率,本设计提供一种适用移动中小零部件的机械手。该机械手将线性位移方式与旋转位移方式相结合,立支臂及吊在支架上的机械手臂均可以根据需要转动或移动,将线性位移方式与旋转位移方式相结合,消除了现有天吊位移的盲区,提高了机械手的灵活性力及实用性,其能量消耗少,工作效率高。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the efficiency of machining, a manipulator was designed to move small medium-sized parts. This manipulator combines linear displacement with rotation displacement,both vertical arm and the mechanical arm hung on the stand can rotate and move according as needed,the combination of linear displacement mode and rotating displacement mode wipes out the blind area of current hanging displacement,improves the flexibility and practicability of the manipulator and consumes less energy and its efficiency is high.
