Based on the vocational skill examination of the counterpart in common colleges and universities to recruit graduates from secondary vocational colleges, this paper explores the construction of modern vocational education system and ＂overpass＂ training mode for talents with technical skills, selected skill examination as the entry, focus on the practice of ＂knowledge plus skill＂ examation admission evaluation method in higher vocational colleges.
