摘要
针对铁道机车车辆专业进行了以工作过程为导向的各种软硬件教学资源的开发,将工学结合与"教、学、做"一体化思路,转变为基于工作过程和认知规律设计的"工-学"任务。实践证明,任务型教学资源建设能够有效地解决职业教育教学改革中工学任务操作性差强人意、支撑点匮乏的问题,实现多课程、多方向(理论和实践)、多适用面(院校及现场职工培训)的"以学员为主角"的任务型课堂教学组织。
This paper developed teaching resources for various hardware and software oriented by the working process directing at the major of railway locomotive vehicle, it transformed the combination of learning and working and the "integrated thought of teaching, learning and doing", into a working-learning task designed based on working process and the cognitive law. Practice proves that the construction of task-based teaching resources can effectively solve some problems in teaching reform in vocational education,such as the narrowly satisfying operability of the task and deficient support and help to achieve a task-based teaching organizational from which is multi-course oriented, multi-direction(theory and practice) oriented and widely adaptive and takes students as leading role".
