On The Competition Item The Installation,Maintenance,Upgrading and Reconstruction of Machine Tool——Training and Management for Students before Competition

通过参加第四届全国技工院校数控机床装调维修技能大赛和2014年全国职业院校技能大赛"数控机床装调维修与升级改造"赛项的辅导过程,浅谈竞赛训练的过程。总结了学生参赛前的训练方法和要点,严管理,多操练。专业基础知识要扎实,动手能力要强,操作技能要娴熟。

In view of students,participation in the fourth national mechanical skill competition in technician colleges in CNC machine tool maintainer（senior group） and the coaching process for the higher vocational group of the installation,maintenance and reconstruction of CNC machine tool in skill competition in national vocational colleges in 2014,this paper made brief analysis on the training for the competition.And summarizes the training method and key point before competition,what shall be done is to manage seriously and do enough practice,and have a great mastery of major knowledge and be equipped with operational ability and be proficient in operational skills.
