With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization the demand on construction level is becoming higher and higher, therefore, to improve the healthy development of construction industry in our country we must solve current problems existing in the management of construction based on the healthy development of construction industry, take corresponding measures to improve the management level of civil engineering construction.
