新诊断儿童癫痫的初始单药治疗专家共识 被引量:50

摘要 癫痫是儿童常见的神经系统疾患之一,口服抗癫痫药是大部分癫痫患儿的主要治疗方法,药物治疗原则是根据癫痫发作类型和癫痫综合征分类而规范选用合适药物[1-2].儿童癫痫长程管理理念是注重诊疗的全过程,其中初始选药治疗至关重要,应兼顾抗癫痫药的疗效和安全性,以提高长期治疗保留率[3].
