中国大陆地区土地利用结构研究进展

Research Progress of Land Use Structure in China's Mainland

研究目的:通过对近30年来中国学术界关于土地利用结构研究文献的归纳与整理,分析下一步需深入研究的方向和问题。研究方法:文献梳理法。研究结果:(1)土地利用数量结构的优化目标选择与优化方法应用等方面取得了丰硕的研究成果;(2)土地利用空间布局的理论与方法方面研究显现薄弱。研究结论:(1)加强土地利用类型转换机理研究;(2)加强土地利用结构与布局多目标协同的研究,特别是其协同评价标准研究;(3)强化GIS技术在土地利用数量结构与空间布局并重的应用研究。

This paper aims to demonstrate the directions based on the induction and consolidation of the studies and problems of the further research on the land use structure, in China during the past three decades. The result shows that there are considerable achievements in the selection of optimization targets and the application of optimization methods on the quantitative structure of land use. But there is still very limited research on the theory and research methods of the spatial structure of land use. It is concluded that it is necessary to reinforce the research on the evaluation criteria of the optimization of land use structure. Besides, more efforts should be made to simultaneously study the quantitative structure and spatial pattern of land use; in addition, it is necessary to carry out more research on the effects of the structural change of land use and its practical application.
