摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸(AA)作为单体,纳米TiO2作为表面活性剂,ZnCl2作为金属离子交联剂,制备了金属离子交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液(PA-Zn-PA)。研究结果表明,金属离子交联聚丙烯酸酯乳液达到内墙乳液的标准,将其与多孔颜填料制备成涂料后具有一定的降解甲醛的能力。
In this paper, butyl acrylate (BA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylic acid (AA) as monomer, nanometer TiO2 as a surfactant, ZnCl2 as metal ions crosslinking agent, metal ionic crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion are prepared. The results of the study show that metal ion crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion meet the standards of interior emulsion. When it was made into coating with porous pigments, the coating has a certain ability to degrade formaldehyde.
