The Effects of Organization Capital on Development of IT Resource

摘要 企业新资源的开发往往以企业既有资源为基础,而组织资本是影响IT资源开发的关键因素。组织资本对IT资源开发的直接效应在于提升IT架构的适配性、促进IT技能的获取,间接效应在于促进企业的信息化建设,为IT资源的开发提供机会。 Resources are developed on the base of the former resource, and organization capital plays an important role in the development of IT resource. Further, the direct effect is to advance fitness of IT infrastructure and promote the obtainment of IT skills, and the indirect effect is to promote IT investment, which gives the chance to develop IT resource.
