近年来,越南在经济快速增长的同时也伴随着国内非传统安全形势的变化,本文以2013年情况为例,对越南面临的毒品犯罪、恐怖主义活动、拐卖人口犯罪、信息安全等非传统安全问题进行分析,越南采取相关措施应对非传统安全问题并取得了积极的成果。
