摘要
运用有限元仿真技术,对框架肋骨位置以及刚度变化对长舱段舱段失稳临界压力影响进行了研究,并将数值仿真结果与理论计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,单根框架肋骨位于舱段正中时,对舱段的支撑作用最强;两根框架肋骨分别位于舱段1/3处时,对舱段的支撑作用最强;框架肋骨刚度的改变,不仅会改变舱段失稳临界压力的大小,同时引起舱段破坏形态的变化。
The effect of heavy frame with various location and rigidity was studied via finite element simulation. And the result of simulation was compared with that of theoretical analysis. Conclusions are as follows: When the single heavy frame locates in the middle of cabin, it makes the largest contribution to cabin's stability. And the double heavy frame support the stability best if the locate in 1/3 of the cabin. The changing of the heavy frame's rigidity not only results in the variation of the critical instability pressure but also arises the difference of cabin's damage deformation.
