红蓝光照射治疗198例痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的:观察红蓝光照射治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将198例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予丹参酮胶囊口服,克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶外敷。治疗组除给予以上药物外,配合红蓝光交替照射面部痤疮部位。一个月后对两组患者疗效进行评价。结果:治疗组治愈率为45.9%,显效率为30.6%,对照组治愈率为31.0%,显效率为21.0%,X2=9.87,P<0.05,差异明显。结论:红蓝光交替照射治疗痤疮疗效显著,临床上可以推广使用。
