补肾祛瘀法治疗先兆流产的研究进展

先兆流产是孕期最常见的一种并发症,据流行病学调查其发病率高达10%-15%,属于中医学中的“胎漏、胎动不安”、“妊娠腹痛”等范畴。导致胎漏、胎动不安的主要病机是冲任受损、胎元不固。常见分型有肾虚、血热、气血虚弱和血瘀型[1]。但临床上以肾虚血瘀型最为常见,现就近年来临床上用补肾祛瘀法治疗肾虚血瘀型先兆流产的研究进展作综述。
