瑶医大钻麻堆方对慢性盆腔炎患者生活质量的影响

The influence of the high quality of drilling and Ma on the quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of Yao medicine

目的:观察瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗慢性盆腔炎后对患者生活质量的影响。方法:120例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,空白组20例,观察组应用瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗,对照组采用中药银甲丸治疗,空白组予甘草煎液治疗,观察三组治疗前后生活质量积分的变化及生活质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者在BP、PF、SF、RP、MH、RE、GH、活力等方面积分均明显提高,治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组比较,患者在PF、SF、RP、RE、活力等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与空白组比较,患者在BP、PF、SF、RP、MH、RE、GH、活力等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗后慢性盆腔炎患者的生活质量普遍提高,该方治疗可以改善患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the effect of drilling pile Ma Yao Fang in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the patient＇s quality of life.Methods： 120 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each. Conclusion： Yao drilling Ma pile treatment after chronic pelvic inflammation patients general improvement in the quality of life, the treatment can improve the quality of life of patients.
