近年来,我国各类社会组织得到快速发展,在促进就业创业、保障改善民生、开展公益慈善活动、参与公共服务和社会治理等方面发挥着重要作用。但在进一步扶持社会组织的发展上,仍存在法律政策体系不完善、政府管理服务不到位等问题。
