摘要
改革开放以来,以适应社会主义经济体制改革,提高民族素质和满足人民群众日益增长的教育需求为核心指向的教育体制改革推动中国教育事业取得巨大成功。作为教育体制改革的战略重点和重要突破口,职业教育在体制创新的过程中也实现了从计划培养向市场驱动转变、从政府直接管理向宏观引导转变、从传统的升学导向向就业导向转变。新的时期,对于体制改革进程中各种问题的积累和利益格局的固化,职业教育还应从体制入手予以克服和化解。
