摘要
由于学生生活条件优越、学生职业期待的"非生存化"、家长要求和期待的"非经济化"等原因所致,经济发达地区职业教育在核心人性诉求上有别于内地经济欠发达地区职业教育,学生的幸福人性诉求构成了该区域职业教育首要面临和解答的问题。为此,该区域的职业院校应该认清问题实质,以幸福教育作为其核心价值追求,适时调整教育理念和实践措施,最终从根本上提高人才培养的质量,实现该区域职业教育的长远、稳定发展。
Due to students living conditions superior, student career expectations "non-living" , the requirements and expectations of parents "non-economic" , the heart of humanity demands of vocational education in the economically developed areas is different from the underdeveloped inland area, student happiness of humanity demands constitute the primary problems for vocational education in the economically developed areas. For this reason, vocational institutions in the region should recognize the real problem, and take happiness as its core values pursuit, adjust the educational philosophy and practice measures, and ultimately improve the quality of personnel training fundamentally, achieve long-term vocational education in the region, stability and development.
