摘要
目的:观察不同的肠内营养(EN)输注方式对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病的老年病人餐后血糖及血糖波动的影响。方法:选取有吞咽功能障碍的糖尿病合并缺血性脑卒中老年病人40例,按EN方式分为定时推注组和营养泵输注组,每组20例。观察两组病人6个时间点的血糖水平。结果:两组病人的空腹血糖水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对两组病人6个时间点的血糖水平做重复测量设计的方差分析,时间因素和分组因素的交互作用、处理主效应无统计学意义(P>0.05),时间主效应有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病的老年病人,采用营养泵持续输注营养液与间断推注营养液对餐后高血糖和血糖波动的影响无差异。
Objective : To investigate the impact of different enteral nutrition infusion methods on postprandial plasma glucose level and fluctuation in elderly stroke patients with diabetes. Methods: 40 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia and diabetes were enrolled in this study. Based on enteral nutrition infusion ways, they were equally divided into the intermittent infusion group and the enteral feeding pump group. Conclusion : Compared with the enteral feeding pump, intermittent infusion has no influence on postprandial plasma glucose level and fluctuation in elderly stroke patients with diabetes.
