肠内营养支持治疗原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后病人的营养状况变化

Change of nutritional status in treatment of primary liver cancer after TACE

目的:观察肠内营养(EN)支持治疗对原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)术后病人的营养状况的影响。方法:将56例行TACE术后的原发性肝癌病人,随机分为EN组和对照组,每组各28例。术前进行营养筛查评估,术后均按照进食流质、半流质和普通饮食为顺序的过程,其中EN组病人给予短肽型EN支持治疗,分析比较两组病人在术后1个月内营养状况和并发症发生率的差异。结果:EN组病人的营养状况明显优于对照组,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05),并且其并发症的发生率低于对照组。结论:原发性肝癌TACE术后给予EN支持治疗不仅能改善病人的营养状况,而且还可减少病人的并发症。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of enteral nutrition support on nutritional status in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE. Methods： 56 cases with TACE after oper- ation in patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group and control group, and each group had 28 cases. The enteral nutrition patients were given extra short peptidc entera] nutrition. The postoperative nutritional status and the incidence of complications were compared. Results ： The nutritional status of enteral nutrition group was significantly better, the difference was staffs- tically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of control group. Conclusion ： Enteral nutrition support therapy can and improve the nutritional status of the patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE.
