摘要
以黄连木果实作为研究材料,通过进行白菜种子发芽测定,对黄连木果实的外果皮和果核(外果皮以内部分)中所存在的发芽抑制物质进行研究,外果皮及果核的甲醇提取物对白菜种子的抑制作用显著,而水相提取物对白菜种子的抑制不显著,说明黄连木果皮和果核中均存在发芽抑制物且溶于有机溶剂,而不溶于水中。
The germination inhibitor of Pistacia chinensis fruit were determined through bioassay method to find out the dormancy mechanism of Pistacia chinensis seeds.The results showed that there were significant inhibitory effects of methanol extracts from exocarp and core (the part within exocarp)on the germination and growth of cabbage, while there were no significant inhibitory effects of water extracts.It indicated that the germination inhibitor could dissolve into organic solvents, not into water.
