Exploration on the Training System for Collaboration of Teaching and Researching for Food Science and Engineering Specialty

教学与科研是高等学校的基本职能,教研关系是高等学校长期以来一直探讨的重要课题。该文在介绍国内外高等院校教学与科研现状基础之上,分析了食品科学与工程专业教学与科研相协同人才培养的意义,探讨了教学与科研有机融合的运行机制,对我国高校处理教学与科研的关系具有一定的借鉴意义。

Teaching and researching are the basic functions of colleges, and the relationship between them is an important issue has long been discussed.Based on the analysis of the status for teaching and research- ing of domestic and foreign institutions, the significance for the combination of teaching and researching dur- ing the college students＇ cultivation is proposed.And the operation mechanism for the integration of teach- ing and researching were discussed, the paper has a certain reference significance for dealing with the rela- tionship between teaching and researching.
