正交试验法优选沙枣花精油提取条件 被引量:3

摘要 以挥发油得率为指标,优选沙枣花精油的提取工艺。采用水蒸气蒸馏,正交试验和单因素试验相结合。最佳提取条件为沙枣花阴干捏碎后,料液比1∶10,浸泡4h,提取6h,蒸馏速度150mL/h,氯化钠浓度2%。蒸馏速度和提取时间为最主要影响因素,其次是料液比、氯化钠浓度,最后是浸提时间。 To optimize the extraction process of essential oil fromElaeagnrsangrstifoliaL.flowers, the orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment are carried out and the essential oil is obtained by steam distillation.According to the yield of essential oil,the experimental results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:flowers are dried and crumbled,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶10,soaking time is 4 h,extraction time is 6 h,distillation speed is 150 mL/h and sodium chloride concentration is 2%.The distillation speed and extraction time are the most important factors, followed by solid-liquid ratio,concentration of sodium chloride and soaking time.
