摘要
天然肉桂精油作为一种传统的中药具有许多重要的生理功能和心理功能,广泛用于医药、食品、个人护理用品、农业化学品等行业。在简述天然肉桂油提取技术及应用的基础上,较全面地综述了肉桂油的深加工利用概况及其新进展。天然肉桂精油的化学精细化将成为肉桂油深加工利用的重要方向。旨在为研究开发及综合利用肉桂资源提供一定的参考依据。
Natural cinnamon essential oil is a conventional Chinese medicine, which has many important physiological and psychological functions and has been widely used in the fields of medicine, food,personal care products,agricultural chemicals,etc.Based on introduction of the extraction methods and application of cinnamon essential oil,its new development and deep processing is mainly reviewed.It suggestesd that the chemical refinement will be an effective deep-processing method and the most worthy of attention research direction in the field of production and application of cinnamon essential oil.The aim is to provide references for research,development and comprehensive utilization of cinnamon resources.
