无心支承是轴承套圈磨削中的一个关键要素,分析了无心支承应用的优势和偏心量调整存在的问题。详细介绍了机外预调式和机内偏心样圈式2种无心支承快速调整方法的设计原理、机械结构及其应用特点,2种不同的无心支承快速调整方法均能够满足快速换型的要求,适应不同的应用需求。
The centerless supporting is one of the key elements in grinding of bearing rings. The advantages of centerless supporting application and existing problems about eccentricity adjustment are analyzed. The design principle,mechanical structure and its application characteristics of two kinds of quick adjusting methods for centerless supporting are introduced in detail. Two kinds of methods could meet quick changeover requirement and adapt to different application requirements.
