数控导轮磨床在高精度圆锥滚子加工中的应用

摘要 导轮和砂轮修整不当会造成圆锥滚子精磨加工滚动面出现内凹,影响凸度滚子超精加工的轮廓曲线和质量稳定性,采用数控导轮磨床修磨螺旋导轮,配合砂轮的数控修形,保证了磨削滚子的凸度形状和超精质量,并经过装机试验验证了数控导轮磨床在加工高精度圆锥滚子中的适用性。 The indent on rolling surface of tapered rollers during superfinishing is caused by improper dressing for guide wheel and grinding wheel,which affects profile curve and quality stability of superfinishing for crowned roller. The crowned shape and superfinishing quality of grinded rollers are ensured by using CNC guide wheel grinder to dressing for spiral guide wheel and CNC dressing for grinding wheel. The feasibility of CNC guide wheel grinder during processing of high precision tapered rollers is verified through installed test.
