摘要
构建了一种轴承故障模拟信号对时域特征指标进行了敏感性分析,分别改变模拟信号的冲击幅值、噪声幅值以及谐波幅值,研究这些变化对特征指标的影响情况,以此来判断该特征指标对轴承故障的敏感性强弱。通过分析轴承转速和故障尺寸对时域特征指标的影响,得出:裕度指标和脉冲指标对故障的敏感性较好,可以在工程实际应用中赋予较大的权重。
A method is put forward for analyzing sensitivity for time domain characteristic indexes using fault simulation signal,and the verification is carried out in experiment for actual roller bearings. A fault simulation signal is built for bearings,which consist of impact,noise and harmonic signal source. The sensitivity for time domain characteristic index is analyzed by using fault simulation signal. The influences of variation on characteristic index are studied by changing impact amplitude,noise amplitude and harmonic amplitude,the sensitivity of characteristic index to bearing fault is judged. The influences of rotating speed and fault dimension on time domain characteristic indexes are analyzed by analyzing experimental data for bearings. The experiment results indicate that the margin index,pulse index,max index,kurtosis index have satisfactory sensitivity to fault,which can be given greater weight in the practical engineering application.
