摘要
为了得到纯度较高的木糖产品,采用中和脱酸,活性炭脱色,离子交换树脂脱盐方法研究了爆破甘蔗叶酸解水解液的纯化工艺。结果表明,水解液用Ca(OH)2中和调节至3.0,木糖损失率最小,溶液颜色最浅;活性炭用量是6 g/100 m L,初始p H 3.0,脱色温度80℃,脱色时间60 min;离子交换树脂能提高木糖的纯度,可达92.5%。
In order to obtain high purity xylose products, use the deacidification, active carbon, ion exchange resins desalination methods to study the solutions of folic acid hydrolysis of sugarcane blasting purification process. The results showed that the hydrolysis treated with Ca(OH)2 was adjusted to 3.0, and the minimal loss rate of xylose and the lightest color of the solution were got; Amount of active carbon was 6 g/100 mL, the initial pH 3.0, bleaching temperature 80 %, decolorization time 60 min; Ion-exchange resin could improve the xylose purity of 92.5%.
