摘要
为了实现对蒸发浓缩过程中番茄酱液位的实时控制,设计了一种基于S7-300PLC的番茄酱液位控制系统,并利用组态王软件制作人机对话界面,实现对整个系统的远程实时监控。用户可以在监控界面中对液位高度和PID参数进行设定,还可以在上位机中浏览到液位的历史变化曲线及数据,并可通过在线调整现场相关参数实现对番茄酱液位的有效控制。
In order to achieve real-time control of the process of evaporation and concentration level of tomato sauce, a level control system of tomato paste is designed based on S7-300PLC. And through software, Kingview interactive interface is made to achieve the overall system remote real-time monitoring. Users can monitor liquid level and interface of PID parameters are set, browse the historical changes of the level curve and data, and adjust the online site of the relevant parameters to achieve an effective level of ketchup control.
