摘要
一种链板式三工位红枣自动去核机,最大特点在于其传动装置为不完全齿轮机构。链板式输送带速度提高时,抖动增大,不利于红枣定位。附加瞬心线板的不完全齿轮传动机构能够提高传动平稳性,减缓张紧力的衰降,降低红枣冲核时的定位误差,用以实现红枣的高效自动化去核。
One kind of automatic red jujube pitter named chain plate type which has three positions is designed, using incomplete gear mechanism to drive is the most important feature. When the chain plate conveyor accelerates, jitter increases, which is unfavorable for positioning the red jujubes. The incomplete gear mechanism with instantaneous center line plate can increase transmission stability, slow down the decline of tension, reduce the position error when removing the nucleus, in order to make the process automatic and efficient.
