摘要
建立超高效液相色谱法测定明胶糖果中维生素C含量的方法。采用超高效液相分离系统,超声波萃取法,选用Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm×1.8μm)色谱柱,甲醇-磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,紫外检测器,波长为266 nm,峰面积外标法定量。维生素C在0.5~100μg/m L质量浓度范围内,其质量浓度和峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999 91。加标平均回收率在87.9%~99.9%之间,RSD≤6.29%(n=6)。该方法前处理简单,线性范围宽、分析时间短、峰型更窄,灵敏度高,定量更精准。该方法适用于明胶糖果中维生素C的测定。
A ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method was developed for the determination of vitamin C in gelatin candy, by using ultra-high performance liquid separation systems, ultrasonic extraction, selection Waters ACQUTTY UPLC HSS T3 column (2.1 mm×50 min× 1.8 μm), methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution as mobile phase, UV detector wavelength of 266 nm, the peak area of the external standard for quantification. Vitamin C in the 0.5~100 μg/mL concentration range, the concentration and the peak area had a good linear, the correlation coefficient R=0.999 91. The average recovery rate between 87.9%~99.9%, and RSD≤ 6.29% (n=6). The method was simple, wide linear range, short analysis time, more narrow peaks, high sensitivity, and more accurate quantitation. The method was suitable for the determination of vitamin C in a gelatin candy.
