摘要
大型发酵机是一种环保设备。为了提高其运行的稳定性,对发酵机筒体、齿轮以及托轮装置进行了计算分析。建立了筒体的三维实体模型,对筒体进行了有限元分析。利用对比分析的方法,研究了壁厚对筒体强度的影响规律。分别按照齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲疲劳强度进行了齿轮传动的设计计算,最终确定了安全紧凑的齿面接触强度计算方案。对托轮轴轴承进行了寿命计算,保证了托轮装置的安全性。对发酵机相关部件的分析计算为后续相关研究奠定了一定基础。
Large-scale fermentation machine is a kind of environmental protection equipment. In order to im-prove its stability, the cylinder, gear and roller device of the fermentation machine are calculated and analyzed.The three-dimensional cylinder model is built and analyzed by FEM. The effect of the wall thickness on the cyl-inder strength is studied by the means of comparative analysis. The design calculation of gear transmission sys-tem is obtained, according to the tooth surface contact fatigue strength and tooth root bending fatigue strength,respectively. Eventually, it determines the tooth surface contact strength calculation scheme, which is safe andcompact. In order to guarantee the safety of the roller device, the bearing life of the roller axle is calculated.The analysis of the key parts in the fermentation machine provided a certain foundation for the follow-up relatedresearch.
