摘要
患儿男,5岁。下腹部淡蓝色萎缩斑1年。1年前发现下腹部片状淡蓝色斑,境界清楚。近3个月来逐渐扩大,呈暗红色萎缩斑。皮肤组织病理示:表皮轻度变薄,脂肪组织消失。诊断:腹部离心性脂肪营养不良。
A 5-year-old boy presented with ciucumscribed skin atrophy in the abdomen for 1 year and the lesion developed over the last three months. Histopathologie analysis showed a loss of subcutaneous fat with mihl atrophy of the epidermis. The patient was diagnosed with lipudystrophia centrifugalis abdominalis.
