环状弹性组织溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿1例

A Case of Annular Elastolytic Giant Cell Granuloma

患者男,52岁,双双手背及前胸、颈部多发环形红斑2年余。颈部皮损病理组织显示:真皮中部见肉芽组织改变,其中较多组织细胞、多核巨细胞及淋巴细胞浸润,弹力纤维染色减少。诊断:环状弹性组织溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿。

A. 52-year-old male suttered trom the annular erythematos papules lor nearly 2 years. Alaques were presen- ted on the skin of his neck, chest and dorsal side of both hands. Biopsy of lesions from the neck revealed that granuulomatous infiltrate in the middle dermis consisting primarily of histiocytes, multinucleated giant ceils and lymphocytes. Reduction or absence of dermal elastic fibers was apparent in the grauulomatous are- as. The diagnosis was made as annular elastolytic giant ceil granuloma.
