Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress and Pathogenesis of Vitiligo

摘要 白癜风患者表皮黑素细胞脱失部分由氧化应激引起已得到证实。内质网应激作为氧化应激的一个类型,在黑素细胞受到缺血、缺氧、低血糖、药物、毒物等不利因素影响会使未折叠蛋白堆积在内质网腔,超过细胞修复能力时可诱发未折叠蛋白介导的细胞凋亡过程。本文就近年来内质网应激与白癜风发病机制间的关系及通路进行综述,为白癜风的病因研究提供新思路。 Oxidative stress has been proved to be crucial in melanocytes absence in vitiligo patients. Endoplasmic reticulum stress, a kind of oxidative stress, would produce unfolded protein accumulate in endoplasmic reticulum lumen when the stressed melanocytes are under harmful circumstances such as anoxia, ischemia, hypoglycemia, drugs or poisons. Once beyond the self-healing capabilities of cells, the unfolded protein accumulation may induce apoptosis. In this review, we have described the Xatest progress on the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and the pathogenesis of vitiligo in order to provide new insight into the etiologic research of vitiliuo.
