迟发于青春期的小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤1例

A Case of Eccrine Angiomatous Hamartoma

患者男,37岁。于青春期发现胸腹部淡红斑,局部多汗,20多年来皮疹缓慢增大,近1年红斑处时感疼痛。皮损处病理活检示:真皮中下层小汗腺和周围血管增生、扩张。诊断:小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤。由于皮损面积较大,疼痛较轻,未予进一步治疗,现随访中。

A case of late - onset eccrine angiomatous hamartoma （ EAH ） which was misdiagnosed for many years was reported. A 37 - year - old man presented with a long history of a reddish patch on the chest and abdomen since his puberty. The skin lesion grew slowly and had overlying hyperhidrosis. In addition, the patient felt pain in the lesion area occasionally. Pathological examination revealed an increased number of eccrine structures and vessels in the middle to deep layers of the dermis. Based on the histological and clinical features, a diagnosis of eccrine angiomatous hamartoma was made. The patients put on follow up without any treatment on account of big lesion and minimal pain.
