摘要
1型糖尿病(T1DM)是严重影响儿童健康的慢性疾病。随着诊疗指南的制定和培训工作的开展,国内儿童T1DM的诊治水平有了大幅提高,但目前仍面临一些问题亟待解决,如:缺乏大规模流行病学调查数据更新、综合管理不理想、病情监测不规范、缺乏完善的儿童T1DM诊疗指南及推广路径、新型治疗手段有待规范等。
Type 1 diabetes mellitus （T1 DM）is a serious chronic disease affecting children＇s health. With the develop-ment of guidelines and professional trainings on T1DM, the ability of diagnosis and treatment of T1DM in children hasgreatly improved. However, several problems still exist as follows： Lacking updated data of large-scale epidemiologicalinvestigation, insufficiency of integrated management, unstandardized disease monitoring , unavailable perfect guide-lines , and new types of treatment needed to be standardized for T 1 DM in children.
