摘要 用液体静置发酵的方式培养粉被虫草菌丝体,用75%酒精提取,利用萃取、柱层析、结晶、重结晶等方法,对粉被虫草菌丝体的化学成分进行了分离、纯化,采用核磁等手段进行结构鉴定。结果从粉被虫草氯仿部分分离出5个物质,将其中3个物质鉴定为胆固醇、β-谷甾醇和虫草酸,这3种化合物均为首次从粉被虫草中分离得到。研究将为这些化合物提供新的生物来源,为粉被虫草的深度开发利用提供科学参考。 In the present study, the mycelia of Cordyceps pruinosa is produced by liquid static culture, and the alcohol with 75% concentration is used to obtain the extracts, which is then separated and purified by column chromatography repeatedly. Five compounds are isolated from the chloroform extract and 3 of them are identified by NMR as cholesterol, - sitosterol and cordyeepic acid. The three compounds are firstly isolated from Cordyceps pruinosa. This study helps to provide new resources for these compounds, and provides valuable reference for the further exploration and utilization of the use of Cordyeeps pruinosa.
