摘要
本研究旨在探索优秀辅导员管理艺术的理论构成并编制适合大学生使用的优秀辅导员管理艺术评价问卷。在理论构想的基础上,根据开放式问卷及前人相关研究,初步确定了优秀辅导员管理艺术的问卷构成和问卷题项。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析及专家审定表明,构建的优秀辅导员管理艺术评价问卷均具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为调查或评估优秀辅导员管理艺术的有效工具。
To develop the questionnaire of the excellent instructorg managerial skills, the present study aims to provide a quantifiable tool to investigate the situation of the excellent instructor's managerial skills from students' perspective. Based on the theoretical conception and the results of interviews, the questionnaire is developed on the following six factors : self - awareness, open innovation, managing stress, conflict management, motivation skills and the exercise of power. The results show that the questionnaire had good internal consistency reliability, content validity and construct validity. The good reliability and validity of the questionnaire make it an effective tool to the performance of excellent instruetorg management art from the students'perspective.
