摘要
采用新起始剂和合成工艺制备出高相对分子质量、高官能度的高活性聚醚多元醇YEP–4700,并用于低气味、低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)高回弹泡沫塑料的制备。此聚醚多元醇的应用可减少高回弹组合料中聚合物多元醇(POP)的用量,从而减少气味、VOC等有害物质来源,并有效降低高回弹泡沫的密度,提高泡沫的回弹性和抗压强度,实现泡沫轻量化。
The highly active polyether polyol YEP-4700 with high relative molecular mass and high functionality was prepared by using novel initiator and synthesis technology, and it was used to prepare the high resilience foam with low odor, low volatile organic compound(VOC). The application of this polyether can reduce the amount of polymer polyol(POP) in the high resilience composite and further reduce the harmful substance sources such as odor, VOC and so on. Meanwhile it can effectively reduce the density of high resilience foam and increase the resiliency and compressive strength, and further realize the lightweight of the foam.
