摘要
介绍某换流站高端阀厅±800 k V直流穿墙套管预防性试验时发现套管回路电阻异常,这将会给设备正常运行带来风险。本文通过介绍设备情况、试验数据、返厂解体情况,初步分析得出了安装和装配过程不严谨、运行过程中受到机械外力、长时间大负荷运行产生氧化层等是导致回路电阻异常的三种主要原因,从而提出了后续的运行和维护措施。
