摘要
针对针阀体挤压研磨设计了一套控制系统。在分析了针阀体挤压研磨工作原理的基础上,利用可编程控制器(PLC)和Win CC完成控制系统的设计。PLC实现数据的采集和对底层设备的自动控制,Win CC开发上层人机界面,接收PLC传递的数据,监控底层设备的运行。整个控制系统运行良好,安全可靠。
A control system is designed for the injector nozzle grinding. On the analysis of the working principle of injector nozzle grinding, the design of the control system is completed by using PLC and WinCC. PLC collects the data and control the underlying equipment automatically. WinCC develops the human machine interface and receives the PLC data and monitors the running of under- lying equipment. The control system is running well, safe and reliable.
