摘要
通过探讨新设本科院校的综合档案室升级为档案馆的发展动因及变化特征,阐述了目前存在的发展瓶颈问题并提出了解决策略,旨在为其他同类院校档案机构建设提供实践参考。
In recent years, more and more records offices have upgraded to archives in the newly-built undergraduate colleges and uni- versities. The characteristics of evolution and the causes of development of the records offices upgrading to archives in the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities is revealed. The bottle-neck problems, and puts forward some suggestions is presented in order to give some practical reference for other similar colleges and universities.
